Third year of Carex field sampling
This week we did already third survey of Carex species at multiple habitat types in South Bohemia. We aimed to fill in the gaps to cover all the phylogenetic tree of Carex genus. Thus this year was rather challenging in terms of determination of less common species. We managed to sample traits of 43 populations from in total 30 species. Photos by Marie.
