New experiment of Terka
We aim to study the within-species variability in seedling survival and traits of three species between several microsites. Microsites are the factorial design of three disturbance sizes and two intensities (gaps and litter removal with soil surface disturbances by rake) and intact vegetation as a control. Three resident species were sown into these microsites at four localities representing the productive gradient. Photos by Terka and Marie
