Welcome to the mycological webpages at the Department of Botany, University of South Bohemia.

Together with our lichenologists and external lecturers we offer courses on Mycology, Fungal Ecology, Applied Mycology and Plant Pathology. If you prefer to learn about fungi in their natural environments, you can attend the Field Mycological Course or Field Lichenology.

If you like to contribute to knowledge about fungi, you can participate in our projects focused on the taxonomy and ecology of macromycetes.
