Lucka has defended her bachelor thesis!
Lucka aimed to determine how selected environmental factors influence the diversity and representation of myrmecochorous plants and mutualistic ants in grassland communities. It also aimed to assess whether relationships exist between these groups in terms of diversity and abundance of plants (both overall and myrmecochorous species) and ants (both overall and mutualistic species). She examined different types of grassland habitats at a gradient of plant diversity. Among others, she found positive relationship between myrmecochorous plants and mutualistic ants.
