Lichens of the Záhorská nížina plain (SW Slovakia)
Abstract: Lichen-diversity research in seven proposed Sites of Community Importance situated in the Záhorská nížina plain was conducted in 2006. The authors present the findings supplemented with the search of all information regarding this territory of the country. The species list contains alltogether 142 species, thence recently recorded were 61. Referring to the information from the past, a decline in species diversity and abundance of the terricolous species are evident, mainly due to overgrowing of the sandy soil caused by hypertrophication. Epiphytes are still locally abundant. The most important records are those of Hypotrachyna revoluta and Parmotrema chinense, reported recently so far only from eastern Slovakia

Lichens recorded during the 19th Bryological-Lichenological Days in Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area
Abstract: The list of 147 taxa of lichenized and lichenicolous fungi recorded in the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area and in several adjacent localities (Central and North Bohemia) during the bryological-lichenological meeting in autumn 2006 is presented. Lichenicolous fungus Lichenostigma gracilis Calat., Nav.-Ros. & Hafellner is reported as new for the Czech Republic and Central Europe. Sorediate lichen Lecanora cf. compallens was not reported from the Czech Republic earlier neither. The above mentioned species along with other remarkable findings, i.e. Aspicilia simoënsis, Endococcus propinquus, Fellhanera bouteillei, Lichenostigma gracilis, Micarea elachista and Roselliniella cladoniae are shortly discussed

Distribution of the Cinclidotus P. Beauv. species in the Czech Republic
Abstract: Distribution of the three species of the genus Cinclidotus – C. aquaticus, C. fontinaloides and C. riparius occurring in the Czech Republic was reviewed. Available herbarium specimens were checked and primary historical references concerning the distribution of Cinclidotus species were included. Only C. riparius is now regarded being the extant member of the Czech bryoflora, though Critically Endangered (last observed 1985 but not sufficiently re-searched at its locality), C. fontinaloides needs to be re-classified from Critically Endangered to Data Deficient-Vanished and C. aquaticus is an Extinct species

Lichens recorded during 13th Spring Meeting of the Bryological and Lichenological Section CBS on excursions in Bílé Karpaty Mts. and in other localities in SE Moravia
Abstract: The results of the lichen collecting excursions in the Bílé Karpaty Protected Landscape Area and some adjacent localities, i.e. Nature Reserve Váté Písky near Bzenec and Nature Monument Malhotky near Bučovice are presented. Altogether 162 taxa were recorded, 2 species are new for the Czech Republic: Bacidia viridescens and Ramonia chrysophaea; they are shortly commented. Wagner B.Lišejníky sutí Holého vrchu u Děčína49–52
Lichens of open scree slopes of Holý vrch Hill near Děčín
Abstract: The following contribution brings results of the first lichenofloristic survey of basalt block field on the Holý vrch hill (528 m) in the Protected landscape area Labské pískovce in Northern Bohemia. It is a famous place for entomologists due to an occurence of rare beatles from the families Carabidae and Leioidae. The lichenological fieldwork was made during summer 2006. The main aim was to record all lichen species, which are presented in this paper
