Guttová A.: K diverzite cyanolišajníkov na vybraných terestrických biotopoch Slovenska, 1–6 A contribution on cyanolichens of selected terrestrial biotopes of Slovakia Abstract: Occurrence of cyanolichens was studied in seminatural and anthropogenic secondary terrestrial biotopes in Slovakia. The first group represents inland salt meadows and sand dunes, the second one mostly includes roads and paths. Eight species were recorded: Collema crispum, C. limosum, C. tenax, Lempholemma chalazanum, Leptogium biatorinum, L. schraderi, L. tenuissimum and Psorotichia lutophila; Leptogium biatorinum is being reported for the first time from the Czech Republic. Apophytic character of the species is discussed. |
Vondrák J.: Lichenostigma aff. elongatum a Stigmidium rouxianum, dva druhy lichenikolních hub zjištěných na Acarospora cervina v ČR, 7–9 Lichenostigma aff. elongatum and Stigmidium rouxianum, two species of lichenicolous fungi found on Acarospora cervina in the Czech Republic Abstract: Lichenostigma aff. elongatum (Arthoniales) and Stigmidium rouxianum (Dothideales s.l.), two lichenicolous fungi found on a thallus of Acarospora cervina, are reported from the Czech Republic. Both species were recorded on xerothermic rocks in the protected area Pavlovské vrchy hills in the South Moravia. Records of Stigmidium rouxianum are new to the country, Lichenostigma elongatum has only been known from the genera Aspicilia and Lobothallia (Hymeneliaceae) so far. As the genus Lichenostigma generally contains host-specific species, the record from Acarospora (Acarosporaceae) may belong to an unknown cryptic species. |
Vondrák J.: Lišejníky chráněného území Vyšenské kopce u Českého Krumlova, 9–18 Lichen-forming fungi of the protected area Vyšenské kopce near Český Krumlov (South Bohemia) Abstract: 207 taxa of lichen-forming fungi and a few lichenicolous/non-lichenized fungi were found in a small protected area (55 ha) in South Bohemia. The high number of recorded lichens is caused by a great diversity of suitable substrata (e.g. alternating of calcareous and siliceous rocks). Some rare and/or overlooked taxa, including Arthonia dispersa, Arthopyrenia cerasi, Arthothelium ruanum, Catillaria nigroclavata, Polyblastia agraria, Rinodina zwackhiana, Scoliciosporum schadeanum and Verrucaria latebrosa have been found. Three species – Arthopyrenia salicis, Bacidia adastra and Lecania sylvestris are new to the Czech Republic. |
Vondrák J., Halda J., Malíček J., Müller A. & Uhlík P.: Lišejníky zaznamenané během 18. bryologicko-lichenologických dnů v Moravskoslezských Beskydech (22.-25.9.2005), 19–23 Lichens recorded during the 18th Bryological and Lichenological Days in the Moravskoslezské Beskydy Mts Abstract: Ninety species of lichenized and lichenicolous fungi recorded in the Moravskoslezské Beskydy Mts (autumn 2005) are listed, including two species of non-lichenized fungi traditionally treated in the lichenological literature (Melaspilea cf. ochrothalamia, Mycocalicium subtile). The most interesting records (Biatoridium monasteriense, Calicium abietinum, Catillaria alba, Gyalecta flotowii, Psilolechia clavulifera and Thelotrema lepadinum) are discussed. A short overview of the lichenofloristic research in the area is given |

The most interesting records (Didymodon acutus, Didymodon spadiceus, Ephemerum recurvifolium, Ephemerum serratum, Eurhynchium pulchellum, Orthotrichum patens, Rhodobryum ontariense, Rhynchostegiella tenella, Serpoleskea confervoides, Serpoleskea subtilis, Weissia squarrosa) are discussed in detail together with several earlier records from the territory (Microbryum davallianum, Pohlia cf. melanodon, Weissia rutilans). |
